ABOUT

ModVal17 is the 17th annual event of an international symposium on Modeling and Experimental Validation on fuel cells and batteries. It was initiated in 2004 by the Swiss Federal Energy Office. Taking place every year late March, it alternates the venue between Switzerland and Germany, and is hosted by a local academic institution.

GOAL & SCOPE

The focus of the venue is to present advances in modeling, as well as in experimental work for model validation, for fuel cells, batteries and electrolysers. Expected attendance is ca. 100 participants, from both academia and industry, from Europe and overseas. The symposium provides good opportunity to create new proximity collaborations.
